Move over nail art, this amazing eye art is our new fav thing

Just when I think that I've mastered the art of makeup to an acceptable level, someone else's skills make me feel completely inept.

While I aspire to create roughly similarly shaped cat flicks on each eye, visual artist Tal Peleg has been taking eye art to a new level.

Her Instagram is packed full of looks that reference movies, music, fairy tales, nature and so much more. I especially love her Halloween work and nods to literature. 'The Little Prince' is one of my favourite books; whether you read it with a child's eyes or an adult's eyes, you'll get something different and special from it. And I just love her depiction of it.

As she says, makeup can be so much more than meets the eye.

September is childhood cancer awareness month, and I was asked to create a gold themed look to help raise awareness to this important matter. . I chose to create a golden dancer.
