This year, the Beaut Awards have an extra dimension. Not only will we be celebrating the best in beauty brands and products, we will celebrate the beauty of confidence. Helping to spread the word that beauty comes first and foremost from within are three brilliant women who will join us for an inspiring panel on the night.

But, without further ado, let us introduce the wonderful speakers whose mission is to empower our guests at the awards.
Irene O'Brien
Super stylist Irene O'Brien brought the house down at our Beauty of Confidence in Cork event a couple of weeks ago, with her refreshing talk on fashion and the power clothes have on your confidence. You will know her from her bright personality lighting up the small screen on Today with Maura and Daithi, Xposé and Ireland AM, and from her columns in The Irish Examiner, Irish Times, and Irish Independent, to name but a few.
At the Beauty of Confidence panel at the awards, Irene will give no-nonsense style advice, and she'll explain how clothes can do more for your confidence than you might think.

Jennifer Rock
Every Beaut reader will know Jennifer Rock aka The Skin Nerd who writes a regular column for us and was one of our Women to Watch. But if you didn't catch her here, you'll no doubt know her skin consultation service, The Skin Nerd, and you'll have encountered her all over your telly boxes. Yes, she's the hardest working lady in the skincare biz, and on the night of the Beaut Awards, she'll give her expert advice on how the right skincare routine for you will make the world of difference to your confidence.
Nadine Reid
Nadine Reid is Xposé's latest roaming reporter, but she is also a qualified MUA and fierce Body Positivity activist. On the night, Nadine will be bringing her experience and natural positivity and spreading it to every guest at the event. You do not want to miss this up and coming personality - and you'd be mad not to listen to her words of wisdom.
