Ehhhheeehheveryone raves about MBT's.
For the benefit of the uninitiated, MBT's (Masai Balance Trainers) are special trainers that are designed to improve your posture, which in turn can help with all sorts of things, like sorting out dodgy backs, and even reducing cellulite!
They're based on research conducted using the Masai tribe as guinea pigs, because they walk properly on the balls of their feet, and don't suffer from the same stresses and strains a lot of us do. The idea behind MBT's is that if your foot is held in a particular way, you're forced to walk differently, and that can help with postural and back problems.
They've made most waves for their cellulite banishing claims though. They say that when you walk correctly, your blood flow is more efficient, and it filters impurities better. Thusly, you see a reduction in cellulite. But, do they work? At about €200 a pop for a pair of what I consider to be reeeeeeealy ugly shoes, I'm not gonna invest without hearing a few positive testimonials.
