1. Make sure your lips are well hydrated and flake free - the first step to getting sexy lips.
2. Line your lips with a neutral liner. I used Clinique Quickliner for Lips in Baby Buff - a slightly browny nude. I didn't fill in my whole lip because of that slight brown tone. The trick to getting a fuller shape is to leave the cupid's bow undefined. I ran the liner directly over mine and it instantly made them look fuller.
3. Go for a nude/pale lipstick - I used Creme de Nude by Mac. The same rules apply for any colour related issue; light colours make things seem larger and dark shades close things in. Simples!
4. To soften the pale look of the lipstick, top it off with a neutral gloss (shine = bigger). Here I used Mac Lipglass in Fresh Air.
