I previewed this back in November and mentioned again last week how good I think it is, after a month or so of use. It's Clinique's newest mascara, High Lengths, it costs €19 and it will land on counters nationwide from February. I'm reviewing it now so you can mark it in your diary as one to buy come payday.
But why would you do that?
It's the brush. It's great! That curved green head looks odd, I'll grant you, but it works really well to deposit the mascara-gunk onto lashes easily and with no clumps. The bendy shape means you get the majority of the lash fringe at each comb-through (though I always pay special attention to the lashes at the outer corner of the eye and that's easy too because the tines are nice and small).

Two coats are really all you need, I'm finding, for nicely defined and opened eyes, and applying one straight after the other is dead-easy because all the little tines coat lashes really well and not just on the bottom side either. The best thing for me is the fact that there's no messy splash-back onto lids like there can be with bigger brushes. Don't get me wrong, I'm not ditching my Lancome Hypnose Drama anytime soon but the fact is, the big brush can be messy. Not a problem here, I'm happy to report.
