Dear Kiehl's,
I love your shop and so many of your products, including the delightfully retro-sounding Creme with Silk Groom. I love how just a tiny bit of this delicious, cocoa butter-scented cream leaves my hair smooth and soft. I also love how it seems to give my hair a bit of bounce (as long as I don't use too much) and gives the ends definition instead of the usual frizz.
What I don't love is how much bloody hard work it takes to get it out of the bottle! The first time I used it, I gave it a good shake first, assuming this would bring it to the top of the bottle. I shook until I could shake no more, but it wasn't budging. With a good squeeze, however, I managed to get it to the top - success!
So this trick works for a while, but there comes a point where the cream is lower in the bottle and no amount of squeezing will get it anywhere near the lid. What then?
Well I could try storing it upside down, in the hope that gravity will slowly do its thing. But the cap is sort of gently curved, which means it's impossible to stand the bottle flat. So perhaps I'll be using some sort of long spatula-type device to dig it out, or perhaps I'll be risking life and limb to cut the bottle open.

Either way, I'll be wondering why the packaging couldn't have been improved in some way.
Love,
