In what had to be the most hotly anticipated launch in er centuries (at least) Kiehl's opened in Dublin last week.
The very second the doors opened the Beaut.ies were in there - of course! So what did you make of it?
Tina was the first to report on Friday. "Love it. Great service and got some good advice. I bought the Acai serum and Ultra facial cream. Got tonnes of samples, some are ‘deluxe size’ so great. Also, I wanted a sample of a mask but they didn’t have any, so they said they’ll send it to me when they get it in. How great is that?"
And the good customer service vibe was echoed on Twitter later that day when Urchinette told me that although they didn't have her favourite lip balm in stock they were going to order it in for her.

Well Kiehl's was all that was talked about on Monday (apart from Amy Huberman that is). Dublinista laughed as she said "I see we’ve all been into Kiehl's!! I love the Acai serum". Tigerlily raved about the amount of samples on offer and edelmc said "I love when companies give out lots of samples … it shows they are confident in their products, that once you try them you will want to go back for more! Kiehl's abroad were always great at giving out loads of samples, I was hoping the new Irish store would be the same"
Well it looks like they are - huzzah!
And on the very important pricing front it seems as though you are finding their sterling exchange fair (and in some cases actually working out a little cheaper for Ireland).
