Now don't go hatin' on me, yo, but I have to confess to quite liking Ke$ha's single TiK ToK... despite its total disregard for correct spelling and inappropriate use of capitals. Lookit, it's catchy. I know all of the lyrics and sing along when it comes on the wireless in my best freaky hybrid D4-West Coast accent. But when I eventually happened upon the song's video and then pictures of Ke$ha herself in de magazines, my first thought was that she really cannot work that Lady GaGa/Natasha Khan face painting thing.
I sort of see where she's going with it, but she just looks a completely glitter-crazed Electric Picnic-er who's applied her slap, at least three sheets to the wind, around 4a.m. in the woods around the Neutronyx rave without the aid of mirrors.
My second thought was that the girl needs a shower STAT. She makes me want to don a pair of Kim & Aggie style rubber gloves and get scrubbing.
