Illamasqua Liquid Metals palette adds a touch of luxury to any look
The Illamasqua liquid metals palette is a new favourite here at Beaut HQ. No surprises there then - as you know, we're all a bunch of serious magpies! But aside from being pretty, this palette has a lot to offer. The creamy, metallic shades are versatile and can be used to add a little touch of luxury to any makeup look.
In the palette, you'll find four shades of shadows: copper, silver, platinum and gold, each of which has a highly pigmented, silky formula that's easy to blend.

Coming into the warmer months, metallics like these make an ideal companion for creating sultry, shimmering summer looks. So whether you're going for a J-Lo inspired bronze goddesses, or love Beyonce-esque glimmering golds, you're covered here. Not only that, the shadows will easily translate into winter-friendly looks too come A/W (always important to note when you're going for a luxe purchase).
Each of the shades work well individually or blended together as an eye base. Alternatively, pat them on top of another creamy shadow (such as the L'Oreal eye paints) to give it a metallic finish. Depending on your skin tone, the shades can also be used to highlight. Blend a little into your foundation for glowing skin, or dot onto the inner corner of eyes and brow bone to catch the light.
