Yesterday was Ladies Day at the Discover Ireland Dublin Horse Show and it was one helluva stylish affair.
While Laura Jayne Halton walked away with the Dundrum Town Centre Best Dressed Lady prize and Linda Morrison won The Great Lengths Most Creative Hat, I was getting my creative on with Great Lengths as they also sponsored Best Tressed which I had the pleasure of judging.
Amidst all the floral prints and A-line skirts, my eyes were trained on finding some beautiful hairstyles.
And there were so many different styles on show that I was getting hair-spiration everywhere I looked.
From braids to long 'n' loose, there was simply so much creativity and effort that had gone into their crowning glories.

And if you were looking for some eye-catching colour ideas, yesterday's Best Tressed was the place to be.
It was far from an easy decision but the style that scooped that prize had va va voom in the form of va va volume.
Emma Hanratty from Newry was crowned our winner and walked away with a €100 Great Lengths goodie bag and a Great Lengths voucher worth €250.
Her style was equally elegant and modern, with just enough detail to make it stand out.
