It's from Spectrum Collections and is called the 12 Piece Siren Collection (hence the pretty shell detailing on the accompanying brush roll). In the £89.99 set, you'll find 12 brushes for face, lips and eyes with a multi-faceted, holographic finish. As they're synthetic hair, each can be used for cream, liquid or powder products.

For those who aren't familiar with Spectrum Brushes here's the skinny - they're a cruelty-free and vegan-friendly brand from the UK (but you can find out more about their story via their website). As you can imagine, with pretty Mermaid and unicorn-inspired designs, the brushes are incredibly popular with bloggers and Instagram addicts alike. Thankfully it isn't a case of style over substance though. They're good quality and will last well if you look after them.
