I've always refrained from writing about Barry M before because I wrongly assumed you couldn't get their stuff here as it's generally sold in Superdrug stores.
Barry M specialise in that most beaut.ie of obsessions - glittery, sparkly items - but at budget prices. This stuff is fun and frivolous and I think every gal needs a few items like these in with all the fancy stuff.
Anyway, it transpires that I was wrong (it doesn't happen often, but I'm woman enough to admit when it does) and there actually are Superdrug shops in Ireland. Not a lot, granted, but enough that I feel it is definitely a suitable contender for the auld Glittering, Sparkling Makeup series.
If you live in Cork, Wexford, Dublin or Limerick, then you're in luck. You can stock up on beauty ed and smart gal faves such as Dazzle Dust, available in a massive SIXTY FIVE shades. Looking at the pictures on the Barry M site has me all excited and demanding to be driven to the nearest Superdrug, STAT. What a shame then that I am writing this at 2.48 am and I have a bottle of wine in me. Bah! Oh well, tomorrow, it is another day.
