Kudos to Estee Lauder for having their perfectly manicured fingers so firmly on the colour trend pulse. The news had just broken about emerald being next year's Pantone colour of the year when Estee Lauder broke some news of their own.
Not only will their highly anticipated cream shadow range, landing in January, include a gorgeous vivid green, Extreme Emerald, but it will be joined on counter by a limited edition Eye Art collection. Featuring the Sumptuous Extreme Lash Multiplying Volume Mascara in Extreme Emerald, and a matching shade of Double Wear Stay-in-Place Gel Eyeliner, these will also be available from January. A black and cobalt blue are also headed our way - they can be yours for €23.50 for the liner, €28 for the mascara and €23 for the shadow paint.

L-R: Extreme Emerald Shadow Paint, Gel Liner, Sumptuous Extreme Lash Multiplying Volume Mascara
The Shadow Paint launch is one I've been eagerly awaiting - I'm a huge fan of cream eyeshadows and these sound so amazing. We're promised 12 hours wear and a comfortable, crease free formula in 9 shades, from neutrals to brights. From swatching this one I can already tell it's silky smooth with great glide and slip. I look forward to getting on my white coat, doing some serious testing (ok, having a play!) and reporting back to you soon!
