For the next fortnight, I'll be using a new mascara.
Nothing particularly earth-shattering there, really, but the new mascara I'll be trialling is not your common-or-garden lash lushifier. Rather, it's one of the new generation of dual action formulas that improve eyelashes over time as well as enhancing them instantly on application.
La Roche Posay's Densifying Mascara, €17, is part of their Respectissime range for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers. That means that it's hypoallergenic, fragrance- and paraben-free. On top of that, it's also enriched with Lash-Activating Serum, a concentrate of stimulating active ingredients which promise to visibly thicken lashes with 2 weeks' use.

First impressions are good: the wand is one of the u-shaped numbers I tend to gravitate towards, and it's a nice daytime mascara, providing plenty of length, separation and - yep - volume.
It'll be no trouble at all to use it for the next 14 days - I'll keep you posted as to how massive me lashes are after the triall's through!
