You know, you hear all this stuff about facial excercises and how they can dramatically reduce the signs of ageing? Well, I have to say I was always a little unconvinced. Until I SAW pictures of Eva Fraser the guru of facial fitness. She's over seventy (born in 1928) - and she looks amazing! To be honest, she looks like she's in her fifties to me.
You could say, well yes, makeup, hair colour, good lighting etc. But unless pictures of her have been dramatically retouched - and those in the know swear they haven't - I think those facial exercises are worth a try.

What do you think? Has anyone tried the excercises? It's got to be worth a try I think, even if you will look like the biggest idiot if someone catches you unawares grimacing into a mirror! You have to suffer for beauty after all!
