Now, as regular readers will know, I am all for budget priced cosmetics - provided they cut the mustard. But I honestly don't think you can skimp on foundation. It's one place where the money you spend is well worth it. I've tried a ton of foundations over the years (haven't we all?) and have come to the conclusion that cheaper brands simply don't look as good. Thus far - because I'm still looking out for the next big thing of course.
