Yesterday Beaut.ie had THE best day ever in the Sanas Sanctuary in Churchtown. Myself, Remington and Kirstie visited for some fab pampering and treatments. Much more then a beauty salon or clinic Sanas approaches health and beauty treatments with a holistic approach. The choice of treatments is wonderful, ranging from aromatherapy massage, hot stone massage, colonics, Reiki, Kinesieolgy and Elemis and Dermalogica treatments. The staff are highly trained and so friendly, the treatment rooms are gorgeous relaxing havens of peace and tranquility, and the treatments themselves... Fantastic.
We'll be telling you all about them individually - watch this space. I had an Elemis Tri-Enzyme Resurfacing facial (you gotta get one of these!), Kirstie had a Dermalogica facial complete with Skin Mapping and Remington had an Ionic Foot Detox. He's going back on Friday for the colonic, the foot detox will boost the benefits of the colonic.
