I've had a preview copy for a couple of months and it is very impressive: tackling the many issues women are concerned about when it comes to the ageing process, this book is not just about products - though rest assured there are a load of really excellent recommendations within its pages. There's also lots of other lifestyle advice included here like comprehensive sections on how to continue to look good in photos and the sorts of foods you should be eating as well as how to tackle cellulite and protect skin from the sun.

It's sympathetic, helpful, well written and beautifully-produced and it also focuses well on the the main areas of concern we all have - so things like concealing, eyes and skin are seriously tackled with lots of help, tips and product picks for each.
I found this to be a great read, and so, perhaps, might your mum: Josephine Fairley and Sarah Stacey will be signing copies of the new book at Arnotts today at 1pm and 6pm. It costs €23.50 and would make a really nice Mother's Day gift - especially with those all-important signatures.
