I have been absolutely DYING to tell you all about these new Honey Bronze Highlighting, Bronzing and Blush Domes from The Body Shop! I wouldn't be a huge fan of cream products because more often than not, I always forget that creams need to be applied before powders at which point it's too late because my foundation has already been set with powder.
But... what I like about these is that they are just the right amount of creamy, not too little and not too much. Each dome is quite firm but once applied to the skin becomes really soft and blendable. It also has a very lightweight consistency so won't gather and get caught and build up around certain areas of the face.
Today I am using the Honey Bronze Domes in Shade 01 ( Highlighting Dome), 02 ( Blush Dome), 03 (Contour Dome). I started the application process with a clear, foundation-free face so you can really see the benefits of each product.
Starting with the Contour Dome in shade 03, I contoured in areas of shadow on the face; under the cheekbones, temples, around the hairline and used the warmth of my fingertips to gently blend the product out.
Next, I used the Highlighting Dome in shade 01 to highlight the highest points of my face; cheekbones, bridge of my nose and again, used the warmth of my fingertips to blend the product out nicely.

Lastly, I used the Highlighting Dome in shade 02 to create a natural flush on the apple of my cheeks. I smiled and applied the dome directly on to the apples of my cheeks and lightly stroked the product outwards using my fingertips.
These products are so quick and easy to use and are perfect for those of you who wouldn't have the best makeup application skills. You literally cannot go wrong with these and you also don't have the added stress of worrying about what brushes to use for contouring, highlighting and blush.
I also think they're perfect for teens starting out as they are just fun, simple, straight to the point products.

The name of the collection 'Honey Bronze' suits perfectly. You are left with a beautiful, bronzed, JLo-glow that lasts for hours. If you want that dewy, moisture-rich looking finish then leave as is, but you can also lightly dust some transparent powder over the face to set and maximise longevity.
