This one is great for dry skin as avocado and coconut oil are very nourishing while nutmeg will help to firm the skin.
If you have sensitive skin be careful with this mask as nutmeg can be harsh on the skin.
Ingredients
Half an avocado
Half a tablespoon of coconut oil
Half a teaspoon of nutmeg
One teaspoon of cinnamon
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients together and apply to face using a flat foundation brush.
Leave on the skin for 15 minutes and then rinse off with warm water.
Nutmeg & Cinnamon Face Mask
