Pharmacy concealers so cheap - and good - it would be rude not too.
I'm a huge advocate of spending money on foundations, mainly because your skin is the biggest organ in your body and it will absorb whatever you put on it.Wearing a cheap brand during the week to work and then your expensive one on a Saturday night to save money is just counter productive to me. With concealers, however, it's a different story. There are some really great pharmacy concealers out there that are so good at what they do. The best part is that they are very affordable.
Here are my three favourites:
This is my personal favourite for dark circles and what I personally use. It's lightweight enough to wear around the eyes but pigmented enough to cover dark circles.

This is a great product for those with a more blue toned hue around the eye. There is a good balance of both moisture and pigment and the application in creamy and even.
