A simple change in your hair care routine can be all you need to revamp tired and dry locks.
Hair care is already a love of mine, but since I have not been able to wear makeup for the last six months, I have been focusing more on trying to get my hair in better condition.
My hair has been damaged from a summer spent in the sun (not complaining!) I have been trying out a few new products to help me get my hair back in order. Here are three new products we've tried over the past while to help put some lustre back into our locks.

Shu Uemura Art of Hair Urban Moisture
When I started using this collecting a few weeks back, I found it really great. I was away on holidays in Portugal so my hair was pretty dry and damaged from the sun and all the swimming. I started to see an improvement in my hair's condition but I felt it made my hair a little greasy. However, I think that is because it had improved the hydration in my hair.
Our Deputy Ed Miriam tried the Hydro-Nourishing treatment. While she is not generally a huge fan of hair masks, she says this made the ends of her hair feel softer and it looked less dull. At €52, it's an investment product, but if you have thick, dry hair that craves nourishment, this could be for you.
This product is excellent for those with exceptionally dry hair in the long term, or for those of you who need a boost after dying or harsh environments. Prices start from €24.

The Elvive Fibrology system is my new favourite thickening shampoo; I've been using it for the last two weeks. I didn't think it was possible but, it keeps my hair from getting greasy. I usually wash it every second day but with this shampoo, I can get an extra day out of it.
However, I wasn't a huge fan of the conditioner. The ends of my hair are quite dry from bleaching it, so I need something a bit more hydrating for the ends. Prices from €5.95

Head and Shoulders 3ActionFormula
What I love about this new formula is that it really does leave your hair smoother that usual. My partner uses this for his hair (don't tell him I told you) and he most definitely notices a huge difference if he uses anything else.
Miriam has been on a hair quest and has also tried this shampoo and conditioner. She already sees an improvement in her scalp's condition and her hair stays looking fresher in between shampoos. The collection comes in three types: Smooth & Silky; Repair & Care; and Extra Volume. Prices from €3.99.
