There are some things in the world that I do not understand and that I suspect as the reasons why the aliens won't talk to us. These include Willie O'Dea's moustache (does anyone else sing 'Willie ó deamhas ó deamhas ó deamhas, Willie ó deamhas ó dí' when they hear his name? Grand, just me so), the rules of Nicky Byrne's ill-fated 'Million Euro Challenge' (Breda, pick a box, run backwards around the studio, recite the entire works of Chekhov and tell us the Third Secret of Fatima and then you'll get a chance to play spin the bottle wheel) and why the Healy-Raes won't tell us what kind of egg from whence they hatched.
And now I have another to add to that list - the 100 layers challenge. Beauty bloggers all over the globe are applying 100 layers of nail polish (we've already checked that one out here - spoiler: it reminded us of a nasty nail infection), lip product, mascara or foundation.
Allow me to introduce you to Swedish vlogger Josefin Lillakas (you can check out her Jeely channel here), who has too much time on her hands and too much foundation on her face, having taken valuable time out of her life to apply 100 layers of foundation to her beautiful face. The end result looks like Donald Trump wearing panstick in a panto.
The video has been viewed over four million times in the past week. And the clip below shows that Josefin is fully aware of her life choices.

Apparently, it took her three hours to apply and the heat from a hairdryer to complete. Which coincidentally echoes the hatching process of the Healy-Raes.
If you want me to show you the mascara challenge, I will. I'll just need to book tomorrow off work first.
