There will be no Hollywood glam on tonight's Late Late Show unfortunately, it's very much an Irish affair tonight.
Philip Boucher-Hayes will be joining Ryan to chat about trying to bulk for a new series of What Are You Eating? He'll be talking about what it actually takes to get the perfect Instagrammable bod, the truth about online weight-loss programmes and how one of the most popular health food products on the market isn’t all that it seems.
Sean Keane (brother to Dolores Keane) will be on the show talking about dealing with the heartbreak of losing his wife within months of being diagnosed with cancer, and how his grief left him unable to sing for a long time. After several years out of the limelight, Seán has now returned to music with a new album and a beautiful song dedicated to his late wife called 'One More Hour', which he will perform tonight.
Viewers will recognise Sarah-Jane Moloney O’Regan from her role as an Irish sign language presenter on RTÉ. Sarah-Jane joins Ryan on Friday night to give viewers a unique insight into what it is to be deaf in Ireland today; why she believes being deaf should not be considered a disability and how she and her husband, who is also deaf, are adjusting to life as parents to newborn twins.
Ryan will also be catching up with artist, activist and politician Mannix Flynn and finding out why he was so vocally opposed to the occupation of Apollo House.
