Catwalk Beauty - Spring 09

The Spring 09 catwalks showed varied beauty looks - dark smoky eyes were paired with a nude lip at Roberto Cavalli, Nanette Lepore did glowing, sun-kissed complexions with tawny cheeks and Proenza Schouler did a fresh, modern red lip on a natural face. Elsewhere there were ultra natural nude looks, doll-like pastels and graphic winged eyeliner. In other words, if you want to take inspiration from the catwalk shows, there was definitely something suitable to be found for everyone.

I will definitely be trying out the new red lip, applying colour sheerly for daytime rather than keeping it for nights out. Are you inspired to try out anything new?
