Who? What? Wear? Jessica Alba at the airport in THE most appropriate flight outfit
Jessica Alba wore a decidedly unglamorous outfit to the airport - and it's her style you should copy next time you're getting on a plane
Every time I go to the airport, I see people wearing their best 'airport style'. Done hair, done makeup, often heels, skinny jeans. Think Victoria Beckham when she first went to LA. You should be doing Jessica Alba in 2018.
I remember seeing a news feature about 20 years ago, on a young woman who was getting leg lengthening surgery so that she could become an air hostess. Even at the age of 12, I knew that she was making a very painful mistake. Didn't she know that flying has changed since the days of Frank Abagnale Jr? It had lost all sense of glamour in 1998, and it's just a grubby necessity for getting places now.
While getting there an extra hour earlier to make sure you get to your gate on time can be fun - a stop in the airport bar, a browse through the duty-free, it doesn't warrant getting your Out Out outfit on. Dressing up to go to the airport and get on a plane is a rookie mistake. You won't get an upgrade. You'll only feel uncomfortable and a bit silly.
Jessica Alba knows. A frequent flier for sure, she was papped at the airport in a grey tracksuit, jacket, and runners. And shades, the only appropriate hint of airport glamour.

She looks comfy, but she looks cool. And she looks just a bit miffed that there's a camera in her face. But her privacy being violated is the price to pay for your next airport outfit inspiration. Thanks, Jessica!
