Lusting over Look Books: Take a Look at What's in Your Favourite High Street Store This Season
Now that the weather is truly CRAP, (ok, Jack Frost has yet to fully set in yet but that rain is God-awful and we can't be dealing with that wind), we're looking to fashion for a much needed pick me up. Having had a good rummage through the glossy look books from our favourite high street stores, we thought we'd share with you some of our favourite looks for Autumn/Winter 2014. From Topshop to Reiss, with everything from fringed skirts to snuggly knitwear, you'll be wishing away the Indian Summer (we're still hoping) in no time.
Time to batten down the hatches, throw a log on the fire, and get making those fashion wishlists.
As always, Asos tick all our boxes as they marry floaty feminine numbers with the softest of woollen knits and, our favourite winter staple, thick chunky boots.
And brace yourselves for the polo neck is back in fashion. And you know how we feel about that.

H&M add some colour to the seasonal proceedings, reminding us that party season is just around the corner.
Mango get us all kinds of excited for one of our favourite fashion activities: layering.

Reiss come across with some striking skirts that'll turn heads in the office and see you through to a post-work night on the tiles.

Soft pastel shades aren't going anywhere and the folks at River Island are reminding us just how much fun wrapping up can be in sugary shades. Not everything you wear in Autumn/Winter has to be grey or black. Colour works just as well in winter to lift your mood (in fact you'll need it more so) as Summer.
Zara keep things classic with tailored macs and simple clean blazers. A worthy investment that will see you through to spring.

Like Reiss and H&M above, Cara Delevingne for Topshop has us counting down the days 'til all those festive parties when sequins and sparkly things are par for the course. We love a dress with full length arms, don't you?
Lastly, we're loving this tuxedo style blazer from Topshop that you could wear to any evening event or dress down during work with a crisp white shirt and skinny jeans (as above).
Do you have a favourite from the seasonal lookbooks above? Are you looking forward to polo necks, pastels and a pop of colour? Tell us your favourite thing about Autumn dressing in the comments!
