Whether they require special medication or they need a cart to get around the place as a result of paralysis, Sher makes sure to look after all of them, especially Tiny Tim who only has one eye.

House with a Heart is a large fenced in property with various enclosures for the animals that spans two acres, and they have doggy doors on every entrance so that the animals can come and go as they please.

Sher isn't in it to rehome the dogs, and at her property she simply lets the dogs live out their final days in comfort and peace.
