One Tree Hill star leaves the loveliest of lovely birthday message for co-star

Ah, One Tree Hill. The noughties show that outlasted them all, running for an impressive nine seasons and taking those teens well past their high school days and into adulthood.

One of the central friendships on the show was, of course, Brooke and Peyton, as turbulent as it could be at times, and as much as that Lucas Scott tried to get in the way.

Fans of the show will be happy to know that 'Breyton' are very much still friends in real life, with Sophia Bush dropping Hilarie Burton a very sweet birthday message on Instagram the other day.

N'awww. And no doubt there are many who can relate to that over-plucking the eyebrows remark.
