Anxiety's a common problem many of us have nowadays and although it's good to fight the anxiety you don't have to fight it all the time.

Don't get me wrong, it's important not to let anxiety get the best of you all the time and you should always do your best to fight against it but it's not possible to do that every single day.

Anyone who suffers from anxiety knows how draining it is and trying your best every day not to let it overcome you is even more draining.

Everyone has bad days and it's okay to let anxiety win sometimes.

If you really don't feel up to leaving the house one day, then cancel your plans, a good friend will understand.

Maybe you've woken up feeling paralysed with anxiety but have to go to work if at all possible take a mental health morning and come in in the afternoon instead.

It's completely natural to have times when your anxiety is getting the better of you so rather than making yourself feel worse by not being able to control it, accept it.
