Megan Fox Lands a Recurring Role in Popular TV Series
Megan Fox has signed on for a recurring role in 'New Girl'.
That's not all the good news; Fox also returned to Instagram after a 23 week hiatus, while she was dealing with her split from husband of five years Brian Austin Green (she officially filed for divorce on August 21st).
Last night, the mother of two posted: "Hi. I'm still here, I just continue to have an angsty relationship with social media. But what better way to express my apprehension than with a selfie. This time in black n white!" Yay!

As for what the 29-year-old actress will be doing on New Girl, a press release was issued stating she will play “Raegan, a gorgeous, straight-shooting pharmaceutical sales rep who comes to town on business and shakes things up in the loft when she rents out Jess' (Zooey Deschanel’s) room while she is sequestered on jury duty." So, in short, she's the new New Girl.
Of the latest addition to the cast, executive producer Liz Meriwether quipped: "It's insane to me that such a gorgeous person can be so funny, but I guess we just all have to accept it. I've been a fan of her comedic skills since This Is 40, and I’m so excited to have her on the show. We had Megan in mind when we wrote this part - she's the perfect person to come in and shake these guys up."
And to shake up the audience too, no doubt. Are you a fan of New Girl? If so, any thoughts on the latest addition?
