Kim and Kanye Have Settled Their Leaked Engagement Video Lawsuit
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, people who definitely don't need more money (but such is our bitter earth), just got $440,000 richer after settling their lawsuit against YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley, who the pair started legal proceedings against in 2013 after he secretly took a video of West's proposal in San Francisco's AT&T Park before leaking it online.
Hurley snuck into the baseball stadium in which Kanye proposed by 'manipulating' staff and even signed a confidentiality agreement, recorded the event and uploaded it to his start-up MixBit before it aired on 'Keeping With The Kardashians' , which led the couple to sue.
Hurley and the Kardashian-Wests have agreed to a $440,000 settlement, which is a lot of money to us but not that much for either party. The Kardashian-West empire is ticking along nicely and Hurley got $1.6 billion when he sold YouTube so he's not exactly hurting.

We hope they donated to charity, but they probably bought North a new pair of shoes with it.
