They've been spotted together quite a bit since reportedly canoodling at Golden Globes after party, but everyone's taking these pics as confirmation of their romance given the hand holding. And the nudity.

According to The Mirror: "The Lord of the Rings actor, 39, had joined Katy, 31, who was in town to play a private show at the Grand Wailea Resort in Maui on February 24. One onlooker said: 'They looked really loved up and into each other'... The couple are reportedly looking to the future, with the Firework singer said to be keen to settle down and start a family with the Hollywood hunk. She is reported to have already met his five-year-old son Flynn."
