Janet Jackson confirms the baby rumour

After recently being spotted in London shopping for baby essentials and cancelling a tour, Janet Jackson has confirmed that she is pregnant with her first child at the age of 50.

Jackson revealed the pregnancy to People, saying "We thank God for our blessing".

A source close to the Jackson family previously told the magazine: "She is super excited about her pregnancy and is doing extremely well. She actually feels very good about everything."

Jackson cancelled the dates on the European leg of her 'Unbreakable' tour earlier this year. She said that she and her husband Wissam Al Mana were "planning a family" so we guess that's worked out for everyone involved.
