International Women's Day meets 1916
We turn the lights off, we go to sleep and the next morning we wake up to see this stunner of a mural on Dublin's George’s Street. Not that we saw it with our actual eyes (yet), we've Twitter to thank for that. The mural, titled 'Le Chéile I Ngruaig’ ('Together in the Hair') was created by artist Gearoid O’Dea and depicts 1916 Countess Markievicz, Margaret Pierce, and Grace Gifford Plunkett.
