Hilaria & Alec Baldwin expecting third child in three years

God bless their energy. Then again, she's a yoga instructor, so that's got to help.

A little under a year ago, 57-year-old Alec and his 32-year-old wife welcomed their first son, Rafael, into the world, and now they're expecting again. They also have a 2-year-old daughter called Carmen, while Alec is father to Ireland thanks to his union with Kim Basinger.

Taking to Instagram yesterday, Hilaria posted the following: "Ireland, Carmen, Rafael, Alec, and I are excited to share with you that we are going to have another addition to our family. A little boy coming this fall #366daysoflivingclearly #HilariaLCM"

The couple got hitched back in June 2012 and had Carmen almost exactly a year later.

Congrats to them both! Instead of lolling about wondering when they can get to sleep, they still have the energy to head off for runs...
