Beyonce mysteriously replaced with white person in 4 promo shots

Photoshop?  Or just bright lighting?

Debate is raging over this promo shot for Beyonce's new album.  Some say she's betraying her race and others say no not at all - it's just makeup and lighting.

Forget about the colour of her skin though - I don't think the features look like her either.

Either way it doesn't look a thing like Beyonce does it?
