Warming winter fragrances that are perfect for a cold snap
Our top three winter fragrances that will make you feel warm, even if the weather isn't.
We've rounded up some of our favourite winter fragrances today because we're cold. Yep, it's that time of year when we all talk about the weather more than usual. And as we all know - Irish people love talking about weather.
When it's a bit chilly, there's something particularly comforting about a nice, warm, perfume-y scent emanating from your woolly jumper or scarf. With that idea in mind, we've picked three of our favourites which always make us feel extra cosy this time of year.
And if you like your house smelling cosy and all kinds of wonderful, how about these candles these wrote about earlier?

Chanel Coco Mademoiselle €126 for 100ml
One of the most iconic perfumes from Chanel, Coco Mademoiselle is instantly recognisable. At the heart of it, are notes of jasmine, patchouli and rose, all of which create a beautiful sense of warmth. We love that there's a little kick of orange too, it keeps Coco Mademoiselle feeling fresh and is one of the reasons it's seen as a "younger perfume".

Jo Malone Mimosa & Cardamom Cologne €109/€54
If you're looking for something a little different from your winter fragrance then this could be it. Equal parts sweet and spicy, the blend is deliciously warm and interesting. Most importantly though, it lasts well throughout the day and will make even the most massive, bobbly jumpers seem chic and sophisticated.

L'Occitane Terre de Lumiere €89/€65
Both the fragrance and the bottle were inspired by the “golden hour” of the sun setting in Provence, which is when the light is most beautiful. The scent itself is warm and inviting with notes of honey, almond and lavender. For Christmas, L'Occitane have also create a special, limited edition design and a mini Terre de Lumiere tree ornament (€9).
