Urban Decay's new eyeliner is the only one to use in this heat

Urban Decay has released an eyeliner as part of its All Nighter collection. It doesn't budge, but it's easy to remove AND it's easy to apply.

I can't say I would wear black eyeliner on a daily basis or even weekly basis. But I do like to go all out with my makeup every now and then. When I do, a black liner is a crucial part of that.

There are a few fundamental problems I always face with black pencils. First, they can wear off a little on the blue toned side. They can smudge just a bit too much and your eye makeup goes from glam to panda eyes as the day progresses. Sometimes, they can be too hard to blend it out to a nice smoked out effect. Then there are the really waterproof guys you can't get it off so you walk around for a week looking like you haven't washed your face.

I tried Urban Decay All Nighter Eyeliner last night at an event. It was 27 degrees at the time so I honestly felt like my makeup was running down my face, especially because I had a bit to walk to get to the venue. When I looked in the mirror I was pleasantly surprised. Not only had this liner stayed put but it looked like I had just applied it.

By the end of the night, it still looked as if I had just applied it, and, luckily, removing it wasn't as hard as I thought, although I did have to use a good eye makeup remover as my face wash alone didn't quite cut it.

The texture is smooth and soft and it is very easy to apply and blend. I gave it to reluctant eyeliner user, Senior Editor Miriam, to try and she was very pleased indeed at how effective it is and stole it off me.

If you are a black liner lover, you need to invest in this one. Especially in this heat.
