Top 3 tips for holding on to your holiday glow
A holiday glow in October is rare so hold onto it for as long as possible
Today is my first day back from my holidays. This time, it was a special one as I just got married and spent the last two weeks in Portugal enjoying the trip of a lifetime.
I'll go more into the beauty side of my wedding prep journey over the course of the next month, but for now, I wanted to focus on holding on to that holiday glow and the best way to achieve that for all you September holiday lovers.
Moisturise
Use a good body moisturiser. When the skin gets dry and dehydrated, it starts to peel. Keeping your skin hydrated is key to a longer lasting tan.

Use a gradual tan
Gradual tan can be applied every second to third day to keep your tan from fading. It slowly develops a faux glow as your real tan fades which balance the whole thing out. I'm a huge fan of Gentle Bronze by Cocoa Brown.
Don't exfoliate daily
Yes, exfoliation is important, but if you overdo it, you will remove the natural tan. Instead, exfoliate gently on a weekly basis with a shower sponge and hydrating shower gel and keep your skin hydrated directly after your shower.
