The Diet Plate Stockists

Ages ago I blogged about the Diet Plate, which is what it says it is - a plate that helps you diet by giving you strict guidelines for restricting your portion sizes. I excitedly sent off to England for mine and paid a bloody fortune for it too - it ended up costing me over forty quid all in. And has it helped? Well, no, to be perfectly frank. This could of course be to do with me not being very vigilant with it - but to be honest, I really did know all that stuff already. I know the ins and outs of what constitutes a balanced, healthy meal. I know what I can and can't eat (the eternal problem of course, is actually following my own advice.....Mmmm pizza) - and I think unless you're actually really baffled as to what you should and shouldn't be eating, and in what proportions, you'll not really need to use it for ever.

But it is very good as an initial guide and even if you used it for a couple of weeks to get you into the hang of portion control it would be worth the cost. And even better, a reader just sent me a big listing of places in Ireland where it's sold, so that should make it a much more affordable option. See the full listing after the cut.
