If I wore this, I'd be arrested under for indecent exposure, crimes against fashion/taste and for possibly having a screw loose.

But Rosie, she looks amazing. She was front row at the Atelier Versace show at Paris Fashion Week and lookit, to paraphrase the young people her look was on fleek.

No, I've no idea what it means either. But I do know her make up, hair and style was stunning.
