Seasonal Slumps: Does Your Skin Misbehave in Spring?
As I write this, there's snow forecast. Yes, I know it's the end of March. I also know we had one of the coldest winters I can recall and my skin is in absolute ribbons because of it, despite all my attempts to keep it on an even keel. The dehydration lines around my eyes are deeper than they've ever been, my cheeks are spotting with a bit of a rosacea-type flareup and my chin is sprouting zits like there's no tomorrow.
And on top of all of that, I've got a horrible cold.

This happens to me every year. The change in the seasons - not to mention the changeability of the seasons - sends my face absolutely mad. Caverns and craters appear, makeup looks caked on, bits of skin flake off and it just feels crap. Am I alone? Do you also notice horrible seasonal adjustments on your face? And if so, what are you doing to remedy the situation?
