Savagely murdered bogmen had impeccable manicures

Happening upon this National Geographic article I was disturbed to read that aul Goldfinger here came to an unsavoury end.

"Male grooming has an ancient history in Ireland, if the savagely murdered bodies of two ancient "bog men" are anything to go by."

Hokay.

Savagely murdered. Male grooming. Bog men.

Surely a sentence with those three phrases in it says it all. No wonder our poor men have such a deeply ingrained fear of primping and preening, if this is the fate that befell them in the past.

Or maybe they're just lazy feckers.
