Rate it: body scrubs

I'm a big fan of salt scrubs and scratchy gloves - I like to feel that all the dead skin has been sloughed off completely and utterly.Oh and I love scrubs with oils - so they moisturise while they're at it.

Do you like this kind of scrub or do you prefer a gentler body polish or sugar scrub? How about those shower gels with the exfoliating beads?
