Well I promised it yesterday when we talked about some of the most common eye cream questions - and here we go, here's the eye cream Rate It - yay!

Eye cream is one of the hardest products to recommend, because a perfectly innocent cream loved by one person can cause a reaction in another. I've recommended creams that have stung the life out of other people's eyes - and in one case even burned their eyelids.
