Pirahna pedi: doctor fish to the rescue
Fish like to clean things. Each other, sharks, rocks. They nosh up all the crap that floats around the oceans and rivers and streams. It's all part of the natural cycle of nature. Fair enough.
They've been put to work busily eating up all the horrors on human feet too. All the hard skin, the scaly toes, the toe jam, the yellow heels. Delicious.
This trend, recently sighted on Ugly Betty, originated in Turkey. Doctor fish are tiny, toothless little specimens who love to eat the most horrible, crusty, yukky skin imaginable. Feet (or whole body if you're feeling brave) are immersed in a shallow tub of water and little fishies swim up to nibble em smooth. I suppose if you've got hooves they'll bring out Jaws or something.

Look, don't knock it. If they like dead skin who are we to argue.
I would LOVE to get this done! Would you?
Now if only we could teach them to put on nail varnish we'd be sorted.
