Munster Meetup: Beaut.ie Reports on the Cork Contingent!
Much thanks to Emz (check out her blog FlowersandFoundations) who was the brains behind last weekend's Munster Beaut.ie meetup. Take it away, missis:
Following the success and giggles of the Dublin Beaut.ie Meetup, us Cork ladies decided we wanted some of that and the date was set for Saturday, 5th March. We chose The Woodford on Paul Street as it's quite central, has recently been refurbished and reports of delicious food sealed the deal.
At 1pm, laden down with jam packed goodie bags thanks to Kirstie and Aisling, I burst through the doors to find that the lovely Tooty and MyRoyalSapphire had already settled themselves in our private VIP style roped-off area. It wasn't long before Pippared, Cornflakegirl and VanillaLime spotted us and the banter began.

We ordered some vino and tucked into plates of pate, stew, fish and chips and of course, the banoffi pie had to be tasted. It wasn't long before chat turned to Beaut.ie matters and I noticed that Tooty was sporting a fantastic DIY polka dot manicure while, VanillaLime had us all lusting over her perfectly painted Chanel Black Pearl nails (so much so that I had to run to BT after and purchase).
Thanks Emz! Some more pix of the day can be found over on Beaut.ie's Facebook page.
