Khloe Kardashian's Secret to Weight Loss? Cutting Out One Thing...
We're sure she's doing a range of things to help keep fit - because it's all about balance, people - but Khloe seems to be attributing one thing to her new shape - and it's not wriggling into a tiny corset.
During a recent radio interview, the 31-year-old had this to say regarding her "no-diet" approach to weight loss: "I think all diets are kind of weird. The word 'die' is in it. I believe in lifestyle changes, and when you think of something long term, you do it better. If I know I just have to eat this way for a week, how does that help you for the long term? It doesn't."
So, what lifestyle choice has she made? She's cut out the fizzy pop: "I've made major cutbacks. I used to love soda. So I've cut out soda completely and I'll drink iced tea or water for what I drink throughout my day. I just made that like a lifestyle change. I'll do like one thing, like, a month. I'll just cut something off little by little, and then it just becomes like a part of your life. You don't even think about it."

Having a personal trainer obviously also helps. Khloe's one is called Gunnar Peterson: "I'm just obsessed with him. I really am. He has changed my body, but he's not militant. I'm not paying you to yell at me. I want someone who's motivating and encouraging, like if they are proud of you for even being there that day." As for how many days a week she works out? Almost every day.

Consider yisserselves informed. Or re-informed given doctors have been saying cut down on sugary drinks for years.
