How to do 3-Colour Eyes?

I blogged recently about the reasoning behind the inclusion of 3 shadow shades in a palette. In a nutshell, one is for the whole of the lid, one for the crease and one is for liner.

But that's all well and good, isn't it? How the feckety feck do you actually DO it? Thankfully, Videojug has the answer!
